I have to tell you one of the secrets of Ectobox’s increasing success…virtual assistants. Or, more accurately, I’ll tell you about one in particular…Danielle Cuomo at Virtual Assist USA.
She is not just one individual. Instead she has created a great team of people that can do a ton of things for your small company.
Some of the tasks she/they have helped with recently:
- Done research on topics I never had the time to do
- Modified the look-n-feel of my WordPress site to a better looking theme, and helped me pick it when I was too busy to look
- Updated the site’s SEO, which has helped us get several large clients and projects
- Some of the company accounting work
She’s also not too busy herself to do work directly for customers like us. She still gets her hands dirty, and at the same time does a nice job everything going on.
