Problem
Green Light Wireless installs and maintains wifi hotspots in retail and residential locations. The software they were using to manage the hotspots did not provide a critical function for customers to manage their own data (e.g., change address, change password, make payments, etc.).
Solution
Ectobox got to work at designing a custom solution. We created a custom web application in PHP/MySQL for Green Light’s customers to manage their accounts on their own. The custom application that we created also integrates with Green Light’s wifi hotspot management software so that it is streamlined.
Results
Green Light Wireless customers are now able to access their account data anywhere, anytime. By hiring Ectobox to create this custom web application in PHP/MySQL, Green Light has significantly lightened the administrative load for their internal staff. As an added bonus, this has opened the door for Green Light to provide more solutions to more customers.
