The process of designing and developing a custom software or Web site solution can be a complicated and trouble-ridden process. We address those difficulties by leading you through the process to ensure your needs in custom solutions are met. This process varies with the type and size of project. The following is the core of the process, done in stages.
To start any potential project we discuss your needs for a custom software or Web site solution and perform a business analysis. We try to give ballpark estimates to be sure you know what you're getting into. All of this is in preparation for creating a proposal.
If the project is still moving forward, we will continue to gather information about your needs. Then we will present you with a proposal on the estimated time and costs of the potential project. We also include an overview of our proposed solution, potential schedule of the project, estimated costs, and, when possible, our estimate on the return on investment of the project.
If the proposal is accepted we then begin the project with a launch meeting to establish project schedules and responsibilities of everyone involved. We then work closely with you and your staff to get a complete understanding of your needs for the custom solution followed by a review and signoff.
We then move onto designing, developing, and testing the solution. Throughout this process we will ask you to review and sign off on various documents to verify our understanding and execution of your needs.
At the completion of the development phase, we perform testing with users, provide training, and then perform a full installation all in coordination with your scheduling needs. The whole project is wrapped up with a final review meeting and is signed off by you.
